Tai Chi can help improve both your physical and mental health. The latest studies show that Tai Chi helps with conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, balance issues, and osteoporosis.
Deacon Tim, who has been studying the Tai Chi form for 40 years, will be teaching a set of Tai Chi classes this fall (an intermediate class from 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM and an advanced class from 10:00 - 11:00 AM). The classes are free to attend.
